Saying Good Bye

Hello Stampers,

Well we are all saying good bye to 2019 Sale-A-Bration tomorrow at 11.59pm here in Australia.
To me, in the 3 years I have been with SU, it has been the best SAB that Stampin’Up has had.  Every thing in the mini Catty was awesome and if you could afford it you had to have it all.  For every $90 you spent you got to choose a FREE item and a lot of those FREE items went very quickly.

             I have just been having a play with my new FREE Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and WOW,WOW,WOW.  I am soooooo impressed with it.   NOW, its only available til the 31st March and with a $90+ order.

Butterflies

I am so loving the Butterfly Beauty Thinlits Dies[148536], there is so much you can do with these besides using your Big Shot to cut them out.  My photo below shows you that you can emboss with the Thinlits too.  There are 20 dies in this set and I think you will never tire of it.
   
    OMG! I don’t know how many cards I have created with this set.  The mind just keeps ticking over and over.  There is also a co-ordinating Stamp set- Beauty Abounds Cling Stamps [148726].
 These are also available in a bundle where you save 10% [150617]
I have used Whisper White card stock 21cm x 14.9cm [106549]
Basic Black Mat 14.1 x 9.7 [121688]and embossed one of the butterfly Thinlits, Yes you read right EMBOSSED.
I then added Wink of Stella Glitter Brush Clear [141897] to the raised parts.
Using the other Thinlit and using my Big Shot to cut 2 Butterflies using Grapefruit Grove & LovelyLipstick Foil Sheets [149712]These foil sheets are only availably until the end of Sale-A-Bration 31st March So if you want them there is not much time and they are FREE with a $90+ purchase]  

Mini Glue dots [103683] were added where possible and the Fine-Tip Glue Pen [138309]

I did these cards in a class and they were very easy.  I hope you like them.

So Happy For You

I have just made this card for my next door neighbour whose Grand daughter is expecting.

This card was quite simple, only a few items were used.




Whisper White card stock [106549]
Highland Heather card stock [147010]
Petal Promenade DSP [146913]
Beautiful You clear mount Stamp set [143637]  (I masked the tummy then drew in a bump) I also fussy cut the image out and adhered with some Snail Adhesive [104332]
Sentiment is also from Beautiful You

Botanical Butterfly

We seem to all love butterflies don’t we !
This card is one of 3 cards my lovely ladies created in class last Saturday.  It was such an easy one to do.



Grapefruit Grove Card Stock [146995]  5 1/2” x 8 1/4” scored @ 4 1/8”
Botanical Butterfly Designer Paper Series [149622] was used as the main feature, 5” x 3 7/8” This DSP is FREE when you spend $90. before the 31st March 2019.
On Vellum [106584] I stamped 2 Butterflies from the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set in the Occasions Catalogue.
One Butterfly in Lemon Lime Twist [147145], the other in grapefruit Grove [147142], then punched out the 2 using the
Butterfly Duet Punch & Butterfly Gala Stamp Set Bundle[150599]
Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue [110755] I then adhered the Vellum Butterflies to any 2 butterflies on the DSP.
Next up I glued 3 sequins to each body of the butterfly.
I then finished the inside of the card with Very Vanilla [106550]
Stamped off using a butterfly from the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set, in Grapefruit Grove & Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’Pad.
