EVERYTHING IS ROSY

OMG!  I can’t get enough of this awesome Everything is Rosy Product Medley.  In the past week I have made soooo many cards and I’m still creating.

Here are a couple of cards I have done.  The first one I CASEd from our own website. Using everything that is in the package except for the blocks & Ink Pads.

All the flowers & leaves are from the Stamps & Dies Set that come in the Medley.
Using Whisper White for the card base, a 2 inch strip from the Designer Series Paper Pack at the top.  Rose Gold foil Paper (from the kit) to die cut the leaves and glued directly to the card stock.
Stamped the other Flowers and leaves in Melon Mambo, Night of Navy & Crumb Cake, some full strength and some I stamped off.
I then added dimensionals to all the backs.
I also used Crumb Cake Ink for the sentiment.
The flower centres I added adhesive backed mirror embellishments (from the Kit)
And lastly I stamped the inside of this gorgeous card.
If you haven’t got this Everything is Rosy Product Medley it is a must buy. $139. with approx. $170. value.

My second card is -

Night of Navy Card stock for the base.
2 inch strip from the Designer Series Paper Pack cut the length of the card. Adhered straight onto the card base.
Die cut the long leafy thingy and adhere next to the DSP.
I used my 2 inch Punch for the sentiment backing as I thought it needed to pop.
The congratulations is stamped in Crumb Cake on a die cut that comes in the Pack.
Before I added the dots I stamped the inside of the card using Melon Mambo & Crumb Cake Ink on a piece of Whisper White.
Lastly I added the dots using Gold Shimmer Paint (also from the Kit) using the reverse end of a paint brush and dotted on the Night of Navy.

2 very beautiful cards with many more to be created.   If you would love to have this Medley you only have a few days left to purchase it.  It ends on the 31st May 2019. and will not be back.😒
You can purchase it here

This Medley is so worth it.

As always Thank You for visiting my blog

CASEING - What is CASEing?

Hello Stampers,

Have you ever heard the acronym CASE when surfing Facebook, Pinterest or Youtube?
Maybe you have even seen or heard it at a class or workshop.  OK, let me clarify what it means
for you and how you can use it.

CASE

Copy

And

Share

Everything

That’s it, CASEing is simply just finding a card design that you like in a catalogue or online
and copying it either directly or using aspects of the card to create your own.  The most important
thing to remember when CASEing a card is to ALWAYS give credit to the original artist if using
the design for anything other personal use.

You may have noticed the beautiful cards displayed in all the Stampin’ Up! catalogues, on their
website and blog, etc.  The purpose of this is to showcase the stamps, inks, cardstock and any
accessories used to create the cards, but also to give crafters ideas to jump-start their creativity
and make stamping easy to replicate.

Stampin’ Up! encourages this so much that throughout all the catalogues, you will find projects
designer with the “You Can Make It” heading with all the products used to create the card.
They also showcase CASEing each quarter in the demonstrator exclusive magazine,
Stampin’ Success.
(I also Cased this from Victoria Hevener from America,  because I thought it was a very good explanation of CASEing.)

Here are my CASEings....

This card was CASEd from the Occasions Catalogue page 28.

My next card wasCASEd from the 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue page 23.  There is a slight change here as I didn’t have the green DSP, so I improvised and used the stamp from Incredible Like You and Granny Green Ink.

So... if you haven’t CASEd yet, do it.   Just be sure to give credit to the artist (if taken from Pinterest, etc.)

It will give you a new spark of creativity when you have that creative brain dead episode. Even us demonstrators get brain dead at times.
