This is an easy project. Most likely not for beginners but for a bit more experience stamper.
I did love doing this as you can see I did a wee bit of reverse stamping.
To do the reversed Stamping I stamped on the Silicone Sheet ( this is a great tool todo the reverse stamping and is quite easy) I then transferred on to the Whisper White card stock - when doing this don’t use a lot of pressure, I used a Clear block to do this. If you want me to do a video on this just leave me a comment.
As I don’t have any Stampin’ Up Markers, I did use my Copics, to do the colouring
I also used a retired Designer Series Paper for the backing of the sentiment.
Now!! for the sentiment I used a gorgeous Stamp Set called New Wonders - this is one of my favs from the 2019 - 2020 Catalogue and you can ONLY Purchase this with a $250+ order. And I might add its worth it.

The Glitter paper is another retired Stock ( I have so much retired products I have to use it.
I did use my "Scan N Cut" to do the lettering
and used Whisper White to the back of the lettering to give it a bit more stability.
